  5. 5. Add the eggs one by one and mix well after each addition.
  6. 6. Wash the limes under hot water and dry them.
  7. 7. Finely grate the lime zest.
  8. 8. Squeeze the limes to get the juice.
  9. 9. Add the lime zest and juice to the bowl with the batter.
  10. 10. Sift flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into the bowl.
  11. 11. Mix everything quickly into a smooth batter.
  12. 12. Grease the cups of a muffin tin or line them with baking cups.
  13. 13. Distribute the batter evenly among the prepared cups.
  14. 14. Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
