Ingredients
- Sugar 2 tsp
- whisky 60 ml
- Whipping cream 20 ml
- Coffee 150 ml
Instructions
- 1. Warm sugar and whiskey in a pot over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved completely.
- 2. In the meantime, whip the cream in a tall container using a hand mixer with the whisk attachment until stiff.
- 3. Then pour the whiskey into a highball glass, fill it up with coffee, and top it with the whipped cream.
