🍲 Orientalic Lentil Soup

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- chili pepper mix 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp.
- lentils, red 150 g
- vegetable broth 1 L
- tomatoes, chopped 400 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cumin 0.5 tsp.
- lemons 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 10 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer layers.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 3. Cut the chili pepper in half and remove the seeds.
- 4. Place the onion, garlic, and chili pepper into the mixing container.
- 5. Chop the ingredients for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 6. Add the oil.
- 7. Sauté the mixture for 2 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 8. Add the lentils, vegetable broth, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- 9. Cook the soup for 20 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 2.
- 10. Meanwhile, cut the lemon into wedges.
- 11. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 12. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 13. Puree the finished soup for 30 seconds on speed 8.
- 14. Pour the soup into small bowls.
- 15. Garnish the soup with the parsley and lemon wedges.
- 16. Serve the soup and enjoy your meal!
