  1. 1. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the ginger and dice it finely as well.
  3. 3. Wash the radishes thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds.
  4. 4. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the ginger to the pan and sauté it for about one to two minutes.
  6. 6. Add the carrot cubes and sauté them for seven to eight minutes.
  7. 7. Add cumin and coriander and sauté the spices for two minutes.
  8. 8. Add the radish slices to the pan and sauté them for two minutes.
  9. 9. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
  10. 10. Cut the pomegranate in half and remove the seeds, for example by tapping the back of the skin.
  11. 11. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and chop it finely.
  12. 12. Deglaze the vegetables with the lime juice.
  13. 13. Stir in the peanut butter and season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the finished dish with pomegranate seeds and parsley.
  15. 15. Serve the pan and enjoy your meal!
