  1. 1. Rinse the tomatoes thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut a small cross into the bottom of each tomato.
  3. 3. Pour 500 milliliters of water into the mixing container.
  4. 4. Place the tomatoes in the steam cooking basket.
  5. 5. Place the basket on the container and close the lid.
  6. 6. Steam the tomatoes for 3 minutes on level 1.
  7. 7. Remove the tomatoes once the skin starts to peel off.
  8. 8. Peel the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds and chop the flesh into small cubes.
  10. 10. Halve the onion and peel it.
  11. 11. Chop the onion in the empty mixing container for 6 seconds on level 6.
  12. 12. Remove the onion and mix it with bulgur, pine nuts, and raisins in the cooking insert.
  13. 13. Lightly salt the mixture.
  14. 14. Return the mixture to the mixing container.
  15. 15. Add just enough water to cover the bulgur.
  16. 16. Cook the mixture for about 12 minutes on level 1 at 100 degrees Celsius.
  17. 17. Extend the cooking time by 3 to 5 minutes if the bulgur has not swollen yet.
  18. 18. Wash the peppers and cut them in half.
  19. 19. Remove the inside of the pepper halves.
  20. 20. Crumble the feta cheese roughly with your hands.
  21. 21. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
  22. 22. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  23. 23. Cut the mint leaves into fine strips.
  24. 24. Remove the bulgur from the cooking insert.
  25. 25. Mix the bulgur in a bowl with the tomato cubes, feta, and mint.
  26. 26. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
  27. 27. Fill the pepper halves with the mixture.
  28. 28. Fill 1 liter of water into the mixing container.
  29. 29. Place the steam cooking basket on the container.
  30. 30. Place the stuffed peppers into the basket.
  31. 31. Close the lid.
  32. 32. Steam the peppers for 30 minutes on level 2.
  33. 33. Remove the peppers and keep them warm.
  34. 34. Empty the mixing container and wipe it clean.
  35. 35. Wash the cucumber and peel it.
  36. 36. Chop the cucumber roughly.
  37. 37. Put the cucumber and sour cream into the mixing container.
  38. 38. Chop the mixture for 8 seconds on level 5.
  39. 39. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  40. 40. Serve the sauce with the stuffed peppers.
