  4. 4. Mix the quark, crème fraîche, and sugar well in a bowl.
  5. 5. Stir the lemon zest, lemon juice, and cinnamon into the quark mixture.
  6. 6. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife until no white skin remains.
  7. 7. Slice the oranges crosswise into thin slices.
  8. 8. Catch the released orange juice.
  9. 9. Wash the basil thoroughly.
  10. 10. Pat the leaves dry.
  11. 11. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
