🍰 Orange Lemon Salad with Cinnamon Cream

Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- quark 40% fat in total 250 g
- crème fraîche 1 tbsp
- sugar 25 g
- cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- oranges 8 pc.
- basil, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 2. Grate about one teaspoon of the fine zest.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Mix the quark, crème fraîche, and sugar well in a bowl.
- 5. Stir the lemon zest, lemon juice, and cinnamon into the quark mixture.
- 6. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife until no white skin remains.
- 7. Slice the oranges crosswise into thin slices.
- 8. Catch the released orange juice.
- 9. Wash the basil thoroughly.
- 10. Pat the leaves dry.
- 11. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 12. Chop the leaves finely.
- 13. Combine the orange slices, the collected juice, and the chopped basil in a bowl.
- 14. Distribute the orange slices evenly onto the plates.
- 15. Add a dollop of the lemon-cinnamon cream to the salad.
