  2. 2. Place paper liners into a muffin tin.
  3. 3. Mix sugar, a pinch of salt, flour, and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. 4. Whisk eggs, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, sunflower oil, and orange soda in a second bowl.
  5. 5. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and stir briefly until a smooth batter forms.
  6. 6. Fill the batter evenly into the paper liners using a large spoon.
  7. 7. Bake the cupcakes for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  8. 8. Remove the muffins from the oven and the tin.
  9. 9. Let the cupcakes cool completely on a wire rack.
  10. 10. Mix quark, powdered sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla extract, and orange paste into a creamy mixture.
  11. 11. Color the cream with food coloring as desired.
  12. 12. Pour the cream in slowly and whip the cream stiff using a cream stabilizer.
  13. 13. Fill the finished cream into a piping bag with a 16 mm star tip.
