  1. 1. Halve the limes and squeeze out the juice. In a pot, bring the lime juice (except 2 tbsp) together with vanilla sugar and sugar to a boil. Then let it cool down.
  2. 2. Spread the coconut flakes on a plate. Dip the rims of 4 glasses first into the reserved juice and then into the coconut flakes. In a tall container, whip the cream stiff with a hand mixer and whisk.
  3. 3. In a shaker, mix the cooled syrup well with coconut milk, cold orange juice, and ice cubes. Carefully pour into the glasses and place a small dollop of cream on each glass. Enjoy immediately. Have fun indulging!
