🍰 Orange Yogurt Jelly

Ingredients
- leaf gelatin 8 g
- oranges 4 pcs
- sugar 60 g
- yogurt, plain 200 g
- whipping cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl with cold water.
- 2. Wash two oranges thoroughly.
- 3. Finely grate the peel of one orange.
- 4. Cut the oranges in half.
- 5. Squeeze the juice out of the oranges.
- 6. Measure out 175 milliliters of orange juice.
- 7. Heat the orange juice in a pot together with the grated peel and sugar over medium heat.
- 8. Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 9. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 10. Add the gelatin to the pot.
- 11. Stir constantly until the gelatin has dissolved in the juice.
- 12. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 13. Let the mixture cool down a bit.
- 14. Mix the cooled mixture with yogurt.
- 15. Put the cream into a separate bowl.
- 16. Whip the cream stiff with a hand mixer.
- 17. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 18. Rinse four molds (each about 125 milliliters) with cold water.
- 19. Fill the mixture evenly into the prepared molds.
- 20. Let the jellies set in the refrigerator for approx. 3 hours.
- 21. Peel the remaining oranges so that the white inner layer is completely removed.
- 22. Make V-shaped cuts around the fillets with a sharp knife.
- 23. Cut out the orange fillets between the membranes.
- 24. Run a sharp knife along the edge of the jelly to loosen it.
- 25. Dip the molds briefly in hot water.
- 26. Turn out the orange yogurt jelly onto plates.
- 27. Serve the jellies together with the orange fillets.
