  1. 1. Soak the almonds in water overnight if possible. Thoroughly clean, peel, and cut the orange into large pieces. Wash the apple and pear, quarter them, remove the cores, and chop them into large pieces as well. Peel the ginger and cut it into cubes.
  2. 2. Add all ingredients to a tall container and blend into a silky smoothie. Pour into glasses and enjoy. Bon appétit!
