🥤 Orange Eggnog Aperitif

Ingredients
- oranges 1 pc.
- mint, fresh 5 g
- orange egg liqueur 100 ml
- orange juice 200 ml
- ice cubes 100 g
- sparkling wine, dry 400 ml
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the orange under hot water to clean it.
- 2. Cut four thin slices from the orange.
- 3. Squeeze the remaining part of the orange to get juice.
- 4. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 5. Shake the mint dry.
- 6. Set aside four fresh mint tips for decoration.
- 7. Take a measuring cup.
- 8. Pour eggnog into the measuring cup.
- 9. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice.
- 10. Add more orange juice.
- 11. Mix the ingredients in the measuring cup.
- 12. Take four glasses.
- 13. Distribute ice cubes evenly across the four glasses.
- 14. Pour the orange eggnog mixture over the ice cubes.
- 15. Top up the glasses with prosecco.
- 16. Decorate each aperitif with an orange slice.
- 17. Decorate each aperitif with a mint leaf.
- 18. Serve the aperitifs.
