  3. 3. Squeeze the remaining part of the orange to get juice.
  4. 4. Wash the mint thoroughly.
  5. 5. Shake the mint dry.
  6. 6. Set aside four fresh mint tips for decoration.
  7. 7. Take a measuring cup.
  8. 8. Pour eggnog into the measuring cup.
  9. 9. Add the freshly squeezed orange juice.
  10. 10. Add more orange juice.
  11. 11. Mix the ingredients in the measuring cup.
  12. 12. Take four glasses.
  13. 13. Distribute ice cubes evenly across the four glasses.
  14. 14. Pour the orange eggnog mixture over the ice cubes.
  15. 15. Top up the glasses with prosecco.
  16. 16. Decorate each aperitif with an orange slice.
  17. 17. Decorate each aperitif with a mint leaf.
  18. 18. Serve the aperitifs.
