🍽️ Orange Chili Cashews

Ingredients
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Thyme, fresh 5 g
- Chili, ground pinch
- Salt pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cashew nuts 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the orange thoroughly under hot water and finely grate about 1 tsp of the peel. Wash the thyme, pat it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely. In a bowl, mix the orange peel, chili, thyme, and salt.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and roast the cashew nuts in it, turning occasionally, for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Then transfer the nuts to the bowl and mix well with the orange spice mixture.
- 3. Spread the cashew nuts on baking paper and let them cool. Season with additional salt to taste and serve. Enjoy your meal!
