  1. 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the flour, 125 g sugar, the vanilla seeds, and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Add 120 g of small margarine pieces and knead everything into a dough.
  4. 4. Press the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  5. 5. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 170 °C (top and bottom heat).
  7. 7. Bake the base for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Rinse the orange under hot water and finely grate about 1 teaspoon of the zest.
  9. 9. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
  10. 10. In another bowl, mix the soy yogurt, 75 g sugar, vanilla pudding powder, the orange zest, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and oil.
  11. 11. Whisk the mixture with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy.
  12. 12. Pour the cream into a greased baking dish.
  13. 13. Bake the cream in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  14. 14. Turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven for another 5 minutes with the door slightly ajar.
  15. 15. Remove the cake and let it cool down a bit.
  16. 16. Wash the blueberries.
  17. 17. Crumble the cake base roughly and place it on a plate with a spoon.
  18. 18. Cut the cake into large pieces using a spatula.
  19. 19. Arrange the pieces on top of the cake crumbs.
  20. 20. Garnish everything with blueberries.
