  1. 1. Cut the onion in half, peel it, and dice it. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pot over high heat and sauté the onions with the garlic for about 1 minute. Add the tomato paste, season with chili and oregano, and cook for another minute. Deglaze with white wine and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Fill the pot with chopped tomatoes and about 1 liter of salted water and bring to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook in the sauce for about 10 minutes until al dente. Season with salt, pepper, chili, and a pinch of sugar, plate it up, and serve with Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
