  3. 3. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly. Cut it in half and remove the seeds and stem. Dice the bell pepper roughly.
  4. 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
  5. 5. Slice the Vienna sausages.
  6. 6. Wash the parsley and shake it dry. Remove the leaves from the stems. Chop the parsley roughly.
  7. 7. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat.
  8. 8. Sauté the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and Vienna sausages for about 4 minutes.
  9. 9. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Roast them for about 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, sugar, and pasta spices.
  11. 11. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and the broth.
  12. 12. Stir in the pasta.
