🍝 One-Pot-Pasta with Sausage Goulash

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Vienna sausages 4 pc.
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sugar pinch
- pasta seasoning 1 tsp
- tomatoes, pureed 400 g
- vegetable broth 500 ml
- fusilli 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it. Dice the onion roughly.
- 2. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 3. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly. Cut it in half and remove the seeds and stem. Dice the bell pepper roughly.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 5. Slice the Vienna sausages.
- 6. Wash the parsley and shake it dry. Remove the leaves from the stems. Chop the parsley roughly.
- 7. Heat the oil in a large pot over high heat.
- 8. Sauté the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and Vienna sausages for about 4 minutes.
- 9. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste. Roast them for about 2 minutes.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, sugar, and pasta spices.
- 11. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and the broth.
- 12. Stir in the pasta.
- 13. Let the One-Pot-Pasta simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- 14. Finally, taste the One-Pot-Pasta with sausage goulash.
- 15. Sprinkle the finished pasta with the chopped parsley and serve it.
