🍝 One Pot Pasta with Tuna

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- zucchini 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp.
- tomato paste 4 tbsp.
- sugar 1 tsp.
- farfalle 400 g
- tomatoes, chopped 400 g
- vegetable broth 700 ml
- basil, fresh 10 g
- tuna in its own juice 400 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half, peel it, and dice it. Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and coarsely grate it.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat. Sauté the onion and zucchini for about 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste, a pinch of sugar, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- 3. Add the farfalle and deglaze with the chopped tomatoes and broth. Let it cook on medium heat for about 13 minutes.
- 4. Wash the basil, shake it dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 5. Add the tuna and cream cheese to the pasta, mix well, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the One Pot Pasta with tuna on plates, garnished with basil.
