🍝 One-Pot Pasta with Mushrooms and Spinach

Ingredients
- yellow onions 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- baby spinach 100 g
- white mushrooms 250 g
- Parmesan 60 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- heavy cream 200 g
- water 800 ml
- salt 1 tsp
- Penne Rigate 500 g
- tomato paste 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 2. Peel the garlic.
- 3. Wash the spinach and let it drain well.
- 4. Clean the mushrooms if necessary with a kitchen towel and quarter them.
- 5. Cut the Parmesan into small pieces.
- 6. Put the Parmesan into the mixing container.
- 7. Crush the Parmesan for 10 seconds on speed 10.
- 8. Transfer the crushed Parmesan into a bowl and set it aside.
- 9. Put the onion and garlic into the mixing container.
- 10. Crush the onion and garlic for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 11. Push the ingredients down from the sides with a spatula.
- 12. Add the oil.
- 13. Fry the mixture for 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 14. Add the mushrooms.
- 15. Fry the mushrooms for another 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
- 16. Deglaze the pot with cream and water.
- 17. Bring the mixture to a boil at 100 degrees and speed 1 in reverse mode for 3 minutes. Remove the measuring cup lid while doing this.
- 18. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, the pasta, the tomato paste, and a pinch of pepper to the mixing container.
- 19. Cook the pasta at 100 degrees and speed 1 in reverse mode for 15 minutes.
- 20. Add the spinach.
- 21. Cook the pasta for another 8 minutes at 100 degrees and speed 1 in reverse mode.
- 22. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
- 23. Serve the pasta with the previously crushed Parmesan.
