  1. 1. Halve the onion and peel it.
  2. 2. Peel the garlic.
  3. 3. Wash the spinach and let it drain well.
  4. 4. Clean the mushrooms if necessary with a kitchen towel and quarter them.
  5. 5. Cut the Parmesan into small pieces.
  6. 6. Put the Parmesan into the mixing container.
  7. 7. Crush the Parmesan for 10 seconds on speed 10.
  8. 8. Transfer the crushed Parmesan into a bowl and set it aside.
  9. 9. Put the onion and garlic into the mixing container.
  10. 10. Crush the onion and garlic for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  11. 11. Push the ingredients down from the sides with a spatula.
  12. 12. Add the oil.
  13. 13. Fry the mixture for 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
  14. 14. Add the mushrooms.
  15. 15. Fry the mushrooms for another 3 minutes on the sauté setting.
  16. 16. Deglaze the pot with cream and water.
  17. 17. Bring the mixture to a boil at 100 degrees and speed 1 in reverse mode for 3 minutes. Remove the measuring cup lid while doing this.
  18. 18. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, the pasta, the tomato paste, and a pinch of pepper to the mixing container.
  19. 19. Cook the pasta at 100 degrees and speed 1 in reverse mode for 15 minutes.
  20. 20. Add the spinach.
  21. 21. Cook the pasta for another 8 minutes at 100 degrees and speed 1 in reverse mode.
  22. 22. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
  23. 23. Serve the pasta with the previously crushed Parmesan.
