Ingredients
- Fennel 2 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Capers 3 tbsp.
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Salt pinch
- fusilli 500 g
- Dill, fresh 20 g
- Smoked salmon 200 g
- parmesan 20 g
- Cream cheese, plain 200 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fennel thoroughly, quarter it, remove the core, and slice or shred it into strips about 0.5 cm thick. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Wash the lemon, grate about 1 tsp of zest, halve it, and squeeze out the juice. Drain the capers in a sieve.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and sweat the fennel in it for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic after about 3 minutes. Then deglaze with 500 ml of warm salted water and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- 3. Add the fusilli, capers, and lemon zest, and cook at high temperature for about 9 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- 4. Wash the dill, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them. Cut the salmon into strips. Grate the Parmesan finely.
- 5. Add the cream cheese to the one-pot pasta and season with salt and pepper. Plate the dish and garnish with salmon, dill, and Parmesan, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
