🍝 One-Pot Bolognese with Spaghetti

Ingredients
- spring onions 1 bunch
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- minced meat, mixed 400 g
- tomato paste 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- tomatoes, chopped 800 g
- vegetable broth 200 ml
- spaghetti 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spring onions and shake them dry.
- 2. Remove the root ends of the spring onions.
- 3. Cut the white and green parts of the spring onions separately into rings.
- 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 5. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half.
- 6. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 7. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 8. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over high heat.
- 9. Fry the minced meat for about 3 minutes.
- 10. Add the white spring onion rings, the garlic, and the bell pepper cubes.
- 11. Fry the vegetables for another 3 minutes.
- 12. Stir in the tomato paste and fry it for 1 minute.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 14. Deglaze the pan with the chopped tomatoes.
- 15. Pour in the vegetable broth.
- 16. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- 17. Add the spaghetti to the pot.
- 18. Cook the pasta for about 9 minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 19. Add the green spring onion rings.
- 20. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the Bolognese with salt and pepper.
- 21. Serve the pasta on plates.
