🍳 One-pan egg and ham sandwich

Ingredients
- cooked ham 4 slices
- eggs 4 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- chives, fresh 10 g
- butter 4 tbsp
- sandwich toast 4 slices
- Gouda, grated 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Take the ham out of the fridge and let it sit for a few minutes to warm up.
- 2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.
- 3. Wash the chives, shake off excess water, and chop them into fine rings.
- 4. Heat one tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan.
- 6. Place two slices of sandwich bread directly into the liquid eggs.
- 7. Fry the bottom of the eggs and bread for about two minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Carefully flip the bread with a spatula once the eggs have set.
- 9. Top the cooked egg side with cheese and the ham as you like.
- 10. Fold any excess egg over the filling.
- 11. Fold the two slices of bread together to form a sandwich.
- 12. Add another tablespoon of butter to the pan.
- 13. Fry the sandwich for two to three minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- 14. Cut the sandwich in half.
- 15. Sprinkle it with the prepared chive rings.
- 16. Serve the sandwich immediately.
- 17. Repeat the process with the remaining egg and bread slices.
