🍳 Omelette with Zucchini

Ingredients
- yellow onions 2 pcs.
- zucchini 2 pcs.
- oil 2 tbsp.
- eggs 12 pcs.
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- parsley, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut onions in half, peel, and dice into small cubes. Wash zucchini thoroughly, remove ends, and dice into small pieces as well.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan over medium to high heat and sauté the prepared vegetables in it, stirring occasionally, for about 6–8 minutes.
- 3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add the egg mixture to the vegetables and let it set over low to medium heat for approx. 10–12 minutes.
- 4. Cut the finished omelette into pieces, plate, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
