🍳 Feta and Tomato Omelette

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 200 g
- Feta 125 g
- Onions, red 1 pcs
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Eggs 8 pcs
- Salt Pinch
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Butter 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the hard stem at the top of the tomatoes.
- 3. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 4. Cube the feta cheese into small pieces as well.
- 5. Halve the onion and peel it.
- 6. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 7. Wash the parsley and dry the leaves thoroughly.
- 8. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 9. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 10. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- 11. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- 12. Stir the eggs well until they are creamy.
- 13. Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- 14. Melt one tablespoon of butter in the hot pan.
- 15. Pour half of the egg mixture into the pan.
- 16. Distribute the prepared vegetables evenly over the egg.
- 17. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the omelette.
- 18. Distribute the feta cubes evenly on top.
- 19. Cook the omelette over medium heat for about five minutes.
- 20. Cover the pan while cooking.
- 21. Repeat the process for the second omelette.
- 22. Cut the finished omelettes into portions.
- 23. Plate the omelettes on dishes.
- 24. Serve the omelette fresh with bread.
