  5. 5. Wash the parsley and dry it thoroughly.
  6. 6. Finely chop the parsley.
  7. 7. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  8. 8. Add the chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  9. 9. Mix everything well with a fork.
  10. 10. Pour the egg mixture over the tomatoes in the pan.
  11. 11. Sprinkle cheese over the omelette.
  12. 12. Let the omelette set for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  13. 13. Carefully flip the omelette.
  14. 14. Finish cooking the omelette on the other side.
