🍽️ Crunchy Olive Baguette Toasts

Ingredients
- olives, green 150 g
- olives, black 150 g
- capers 2 tbsp
- parsley, fresh 40 g
- garlic cloves 1 pcs
- baguette 1 pcs
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- sea salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Drain the olives and capers in a sieve to let the liquid run off.
- 2. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 3. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems and chop them finely.
- 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
- 5. Slice the baguette into even slices.
- 6. Place the drained olives, capers, and garlic into a tall container.
- 7. Blend the ingredients with a hand blender until you have a smooth paste.
- 8. Stir the chopped parsley and 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the paste.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 10. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 11. Toast the baguette slices for about 3 minutes on each side until crispy.
- 12. Spread the olive paste generously over the toasted slices.
- 13. Arrange the crostini on a plate and serve.
