🍰 Oladi – Pancakes

Ingredients
- Kefir 250 g
- Eggs 1 pc.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 0.5 pack
- Salt pinch
- Sunflower oil 1 tbsp
- Blueberries, fresh 150 g
- Raspberries, fresh 150 g
- Icing sugar 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Let the kefir and eggs come to room temperature.
- 2. Put the kefir, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
- 3. Mix the ingredients until smooth using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5. Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan using a ladle.
- 6. Cook the batter into a pancake with a diameter of about 7 cm.
- 7. Remove the finished oladi from the pan.
- 8. Repeat steps 4 to 7 until all the batter is used up.
- 9. Wash the berries and sort them if necessary.
- 10. Garnish the oladi with the fresh berries.
- 11. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar.
- 12. Serve the oladi and enjoy.
