  1. 1. Let the kefir and eggs come to room temperature.
  2. 2. Put the kefir, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
  3. 3. Mix the ingredients until smooth using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan using a ladle.
  6. 6. Cook the batter into a pancake with a diameter of about 7 cm.
  7. 7. Remove the finished oladi from the pan.
  8. 8. Repeat steps 4 to 7 until all the batter is used up.
  9. 9. Wash the berries and sort them if necessary.
  10. 10. Garnish the oladi with the fresh berries.
  11. 11. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar.
  12. 12. Serve the oladi and enjoy.
