  10. 10. Dry the cabbage in a salad spinner.
  11. 11. Peel the ginger.
  12. 12. Finely chop the ginger.
  13. 13. Put the ginger into a large bowl.
  14. 14. Add the cut cabbage to the bowl.
  15. 15. Add the white parts of the spring onions to the bowl.
  16. 16. Crack the eggs into the bowl.
  17. 17. Add the flour to the bowl.
  18. 18. Add the baking powder to the bowl.
  19. 19. Add the broth to the bowl.
  20. 20. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
