🍽️ Baked Potatoes with Ham and Steamed Radishes

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 1 kg
- salt pinch
- radishes 1 bunch
- pepper, yellow 2 pcs.
- boiled ham 200 g
- oil 2 tbsp
- sugar pinch
- water 50 ml
- butter 1 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- milk 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 250 °C (fan). Wash the potatoes thoroughly, season them with salt and wrap each one individually in aluminum foil. Let the potatoes bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Trim the radishes, remove the greens and cut them into quarters. Wash the pepper, halve it, remove the core and seeds and cut it into strips. Cut the boiled ham into strips as well.
- 3. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the radishes for about 4 minutes. Then add the pepper, sugar and water and let the vegetables cook over low heat for about 7 minutes. Season the vegetables with butter, salt and pepper.
- 4. Mix the cream cheese with milk in a bowl and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 5. Take the potatoes out of the oven and open the aluminum foil on one side. Cut the potatoes about 2–3 cm deep, arrange them on plates and fill them with ham and cream cheese. Serve the vegetables alongside and enjoy the oven potatoes with ham and steamed vegetables. Bon appétit!
