🍽️ Oven-Baked Potatoes with Cheese Topping

Ingredients
- potatoes, mainly waxy 6 pcs.
- salt pinch
- spring onions 1 bunch
- Gouda, young block 100 g
- sour cream 150 g
- pepper, black ground pinch
- nutmeg, ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (top/bottom heat). Bring the potatoes in a pot with salted water to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Then drain, let steam briefly and wrap each potato in aluminum foil. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, thoroughly wash the spring onions, pat dry, remove the roots and cut diagonally into rings. Grate the Gouda finely. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, the Gouda and the spring onions and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- 3. Take the potatoes out of the foil, cut them open slightly at the top and put the cheese mixture on top. Let melt briefly and then serve. Enjoy your meal!
