  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
  3. 3. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  4. 4. Halve the onions.
  5. 5. Peel the onions.
  6. 6. Cut the onions into wedges.
  7. 7. Wash the thyme.
  8. 8. Shake the thyme dry.
  9. 9. Place the grapes, onions, and thyme in a baking dish.
  10. 10. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Mix everything well together.
  13. 13. Place the cheese between the grapes.
  14. 14. Put the dish in the oven.
  15. 15. Bake the cheese for about 15 minutes.
  16. 16. In the meantime, heat a pan on medium heat.
  17. 17. Add the walnuts to the hot pan.
  18. 18. Roast the walnuts for about 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Take the baked cheese out of the oven.
  20. 20. Place the baked cheese with the grapes and onions on a plate.
  21. 21. Distribute the roasted walnuts on top.
  22. 22. Drizzle the dish with a little honey.
