🍽️ Baked cheese with roasted grapes

Ingredients
- grapes, dark 500 g
- onions, red 2 pcs.
- thyme, fresh 5 g
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- camembert 2 pcs.
- walnut kernels 2 tbsp
- honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 3. Remove the grapes from the stems.
- 4. Halve the onions.
- 5. Peel the onions.
- 6. Cut the onions into wedges.
- 7. Wash the thyme.
- 8. Shake the thyme dry.
- 9. Place the grapes, onions, and thyme in a baking dish.
- 10. Add one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Mix everything well together.
- 13. Place the cheese between the grapes.
- 14. Put the dish in the oven.
- 15. Bake the cheese for about 15 minutes.
- 16. In the meantime, heat a pan on medium heat.
- 17. Add the walnuts to the hot pan.
- 18. Roast the walnuts for about 3 minutes.
- 19. Take the baked cheese out of the oven.
- 20. Place the baked cheese with the grapes and onions on a plate.
- 21. Distribute the roasted walnuts on top.
- 22. Drizzle the dish with a little honey.
