🍰 Fruit Skewers with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- almonds, whole 2 tbsp
- yogurt, plain 300 g
- honey 1 tsp
- grapes, dark 200 g
- honeydew melon 0.5 pc.
- bananas 2 pc.
- apples, green 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Roast the almonds in the pan for about 2 to 3 minutes without adding fat.
- 3. Let the almonds cool down completely.
- 4. Finely chop the cooled almonds.
- 5. Place the yogurt, chopped almonds, and honey into a bowl.
- 6. Mix the ingredients for the dip thoroughly.
- 7. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 8. Drain the grapes and remove the stems.
- 9. Cut the melon in half.
- 10. Remove the core and peel the melon.
- 11. Cut the melon into coarse cubes.
- 12. Peel the banana.
- 13. Slice the banana.
- 14. Wash the apple.
- 15. Cut the apple into quarters.
- 16. Remove the core from the apple.
- 17. Cut the apple flesh into cubes.
- 18. Thread the different fruits alternately onto 8 skewers.
- 19. Plate the fruit skewers.
- 20. Serve the skewers together with the yogurt dip.
