🍰 Colorful Fruit Salad with Creamy Turmeric Quark

Ingredients
- Honeydew melon 0.5 pc.
- Mango 1 pc.
- Kiwi 2 pc.
- Pomegranate 1 pc.
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Quark 40% fat in dry matter 250 g
- Turmeric, ground 0.25 g
- Honey 1 tsp
- Pistachios 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
- 2. Peel the melon and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the mango and separate the flesh from the pit.
- 4. Cut the mango flesh into cubes as well.
- 5. Peel the kiwi and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Cut the pomegranate in half.
- 7. Release the seeds by tapping the skin with a cooking spoon.
- 8. Cut the orange in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 9. Place all prepared fruits into a large bowl.
- 10. Pour the orange juice over the fruits and mix everything well.
- 11. Place the quark into a separate bowl.
- 12. Stir turmeric and honey into the quark.
- 13. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the quark mixture to taste.
- 14. Peel the pistachios and chop them finely.
- 15. Fold the chopped pistachios into the quark.
- 16. Serve the fruit salad together with the turmeric quark.
