🍰 Fruit Salad with Blackberries

Ingredients
- Dried plums 100 g
- Soft apricots, dried and pitted 80 g
- Apple juice 250 ml
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- Raisins 60 g
- Blackberries, fresh 250 g
- Apples, red 2 pcs
- Pears 2 pcs
- Lemons 1 pc
- Almonds, whole 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the dried plums and apricots into coarse cubes. In a pot, warm apple juice with honey and cinnamon over medium heat, add the cubed dried fruit and raisins, and let it steep covered for a while.
- 2. Wash the blackberries thoroughly and sort them if necessary. Peel the apples and pears, quarter them, core them, and cut them into thin wedges. Halve the lemon, squeeze out the juice, and drizzle it over the apple and pear pieces.
- 3. Coarsely chop the almonds. Remove the dried fruit from the marinade and mix it in a bowl with the apples, pears, blackberries, and almonds. Add some of the marinade as dressing to taste and serve the fruit salad with blackberries. Enjoy your meal!
