  1. 1. Cut a lid off the melon and empty the inside. Keep the shell and the lid in the fridge.
  2. 2. Remove the seeds from the melon flesh and puree about 250 g in a tall container. Cut the remaining melon flesh into cubes. Wash the apricots, halve them, remove the pits, and also cut into cubes. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Carefully pick over the raspberries and rinse them.
  3. 3. Wash the mint, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems, and chop them. Peel the ginger and chop it finely. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice. Mix the ginger and 2 tbsp lime juice with the pureed melon flesh and sugar.
  4. 4. Mix the fruits and the mint with the melon dressing and fill the mixture into the hollowed-out melon. Serve the fruit salad in the melon bowl. Enjoy your meal!
