Ingredients
- chives, fresh 20 g
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- camembert 200 g
- butter 50 g
- cream cheese, plain 200 g
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into fine rings. Halve the onion, peel, and cut into small cubes.
- 2. Then cut the camembert into coarse pieces. In a bowl, mash the camembert with a fork, add soft butter and cream cheese, and mix everything well.
- 3. Stir in the onions, 1 tsp paprika powder, and half of the chives, and season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the Obatzda with the remaining chive rings and a little paprika powder, then serve. Enjoy your meal! Tip: Pretzels go perfectly with this!
