  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). Wash the plums, halve them, remove the pits and cut them into strips.
  2. 2. Beat the butter with 120 g sugar and a pinch of salt in a bowl until creamy using a hand mixer. Add the eggs one by one. Mix the flour, ground hazelnuts and baking powder and stir the mixture in briefly along with the milk.
  3. 3. Fill the dough into 8 greased tartlet molds (approx. 10 cm Ø) or into a springform pan and smooth it out slightly. Arrange the plum wedges in a star shape on top and bake the nut tarts with plums for about 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  4. 4. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts and toast them in a pan without fat over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle them with 2 tbsp sugar and let them caramelize for approx. 2 minutes. Distribute them on the nut tarts and serve. Enjoy your meal!
