🍰 Walnut Blueberry Cookies

Ingredients
- butter 200 g
- brown sugar 125 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, type 405 200 g
- cornstarch 1 tbsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
- chocolate chunks, milk chocolate 50 g
- blueberries, fresh 100 g
- walnut kernels 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Mix soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl with a hand mixer until creamy.
- 3. Add flour, cornstarch, and baking powder and mix everything into a dough.
- 4. Fold the chocolate pieces into the dough.
- 5. Thoroughly wash the blueberries.
- 6. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
- 7. Take walnut-sized portions of dough using two teaspoons and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 8. Distribute the walnuts and blueberries over the dough.
- 9. Press the fruits and nuts slightly into the dough with a spoon.
- 10. Bake the cookies in the hot oven for about 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- 11. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
