🍰 Crunchy Nut Cookies

Ingredients
- Hazelnut kernels, whole 100 g
- Almonds, whole 100 g
- butter 200 g
- Sugar 140 g
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Put the hazelnuts and almonds into the mixing container.
- 2. Grind the nuts finely for 10 seconds on the highest speed.
- 3. Scrape the nut mixture down from the sides of the container with a spatula.
- 4. Add the cold butter cubes, sugar, and flour to the ground nuts.
- 5. Mix the ingredients for 2 minutes on speed 4.
- 6. Scrape the dough mixture down from the sides of the container with the spatula again.
- 7. Stir the dough for another 1 minute on speed 4.
- 8. Shape the dough into a ball.
- 9. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
- 10. Place the foil in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 12. Line four baking sheets with baking paper.
- 13. Take the dough out of the refrigerator.
- 14. Shape equal-sized balls from the dough.
- 15. Flatten the dough balls with a fork.
- 16. Bake the cookies one by one for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- 17. Let the cookies cool slightly on the baking sheet.
- 18. Transfer the cookies to a cake rack.
- 19. Let the cookies cool completely on the rack.
- 20. Put 150 grams of dark chocolate pieces into the mixing container.
- 21. Chop the chocolate for 15 seconds on speed 8.
- 22. Scrape the chocolate pieces down from the sides of the container with the spatula.
