  6. 6. Scrape the dough mixture down from the sides of the container with the spatula again.
  7. 7. Stir the dough for another 1 minute on speed 4.
  8. 8. Shape the dough into a ball.
  9. 9. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  10. 10. Place the foil in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top and bottom heat.
  12. 12. Line four baking sheets with baking paper.
  13. 13. Take the dough out of the refrigerator.
  14. 14. Shape equal-sized balls from the dough.
