  1. 1. Put butter, cream cheese, and flour into a bowl.
  2. 2. Knead the ingredients briefly until you have a smooth dough.
  3. 3. If the dough is too soft, press it flat onto a plate.
  4. 4. Place the plate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covered.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with hot air.
  6. 6. Grind the nuts finely.
  7. 7. Mix the ground nuts with sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  8. 8. Sprinkle half of the nut mixture onto a silicone mat.
  9. 9. Divide the dough in half and shape two balls.
  10. 10. Place one dough ball onto the nut mixture.
  11. 11. Cover the ball with more nut mixture until the dough is completely covered.
  12. 12. Gently roll the dough into a large circle.
  13. 13. Cut the circle into 16 equal triangles.
  14. 14. Roll each triangle very carefully and tightly from the wide side to the point.
  15. 15. Place the horns on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  16. 16. Repeat the steps for the second dough ball and the remaining nut mixture.
  17. 17. Bake the horns in the preheated oven for 12 to 16 minutes.
  18. 18. Take them out when they are golden brown.
  19. 19. Let the horns cool down completely.
  20. 20. Store them in an airtight container.
