🍰 Crunchy Nut Horns

Ingredients
- butter 100 g
- cream cheese, plain 100 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 150 g
- nut mix 125 g
- sugar 50 g
- brown sugar 50 g
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Put butter, cream cheese, and flour into a bowl.
- 2. Knead the ingredients briefly until you have a smooth dough.
- 3. If the dough is too soft, press it flat onto a plate.
- 4. Place the plate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, covered.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with hot air.
- 6. Grind the nuts finely.
- 7. Mix the ground nuts with sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- 8. Sprinkle half of the nut mixture onto a silicone mat.
- 9. Divide the dough in half and shape two balls.
- 10. Place one dough ball onto the nut mixture.
- 11. Cover the ball with more nut mixture until the dough is completely covered.
- 12. Gently roll the dough into a large circle.
- 13. Cut the circle into 16 equal triangles.
- 14. Roll each triangle very carefully and tightly from the wide side to the point.
- 15. Place the horns on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
- 16. Repeat the steps for the second dough ball and the remaining nut mixture.
- 17. Bake the horns in the preheated oven for 12 to 16 minutes.
- 18. Take them out when they are golden brown.
- 19. Let the horns cool down completely.
- 20. Store them in an airtight container.
