  1. 1. Best let the berries thaw overnight in the fridge. Thoroughly wash the mint, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop coarsely.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and roast the cashew nuts and walnuts without fat for about 2 minutes. Then remove from the pan, let cool slightly and chop coarsely.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix the Skyr with cinnamon, honey and the chopped nuts. Divide the mixture among small bowls and garnish with berries and mint. Enjoy your meal!
