  1. 1. Put the hazelnuts into the mixing container.
  2. 2. Roast the nuts for 2 minutes at speed 1 and 100 degrees Celsius.
  3. 3. Add the sugar to the roasted nuts.
  4. 4. Place the measuring cup on top and crush the mixture for 30 seconds at speed 8.
  5. 5. Use a spatula to push the nut mixture down from the inner wall.
  6. 6. Crush the mixture again for 30 seconds at speed 8.
  7. 7. Add the chocolate coating in pieces to the mixing container.
  8. 8. Crush the chocolate coating for 20 seconds at speed 8.
  9. 9. Push the chocolate pieces down with the spatula.
  10. 10. Add the remaining ingredients.
  11. 11. Melt the mixture for 5 minutes at speed 1 and 50 degrees Celsius.
  12. 12. Stir occasionally until a fine cream forms.
  13. 13. Fill the cream into jars.
  14. 14. Serve the cream as desired.
