Ingredients
- butter 250 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Brown Sugar 200 g
- Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
- Cranberry-Nut Mix 200 g
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Wheat Flour, Type 405 400 g
- Baking Powder 2 tsp
- Salt 0.25 tsp
- Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with hot air circulation.
- 2. Line two baking sheets with baking paper or non-stick baking foil.
- 3. Mix the soft butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- 4. Beat the butter-sugar mixture with a mixer for about five minutes until it becomes light and creamy.
- 5. Finely chop the cranberry-nut mix while the butter is beating.
- 6. Add the first egg to the butter mixture and mix for 30 seconds.
- 7. Add the second egg to the mixture and mix for another 30 seconds.
- 8. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- 9. Add the flour mixture, chopped cranberries, and nuts to the butter mixture.
- 10. Stir the dough only until all ingredients are just combined.
- 11. Use a medium-sized ice cream scoop to form dough balls.
- 12. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheets with some space between them.
