  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with hot air circulation.
  2. 2. Line two baking sheets with baking paper or non-stick baking foil.
  3. 3. Mix the soft butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  4. 4. Beat the butter-sugar mixture with a mixer for about five minutes until it becomes light and creamy.
  5. 5. Finely chop the cranberry-nut mix while the butter is beating.
  6. 6. Add the first egg to the butter mixture and mix for 30 seconds.
  7. 7. Add the second egg to the mixture and mix for another 30 seconds.
  8. 8. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  9. 9. Add the flour mixture, chopped cranberries, and nuts to the butter mixture.
  10. 10. Stir the dough only until all ingredients are just combined.
  11. 11. Use a medium-sized ice cream scoop to form dough balls.
  12. 12. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheets with some space between them.
