🍝 Pasta Salad with Tomatoes and Mozzarella

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Spaghetti 500 g
- Vine tomatoes 500 g
- Basil, fresh 30 g
- Mozzarella 2 pcs.
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Light balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, bring about 5 liters of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti in the boiling water for about 8 minutes until al dente, then drain in a colander.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and dice them. Wash the basil, pat it dry, remove the leaves from the stems, and chop them finely. Tear the mozzarella into large pieces.
- 3. Combine the spaghetti in the pot with the tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella. Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and serve on plates.
