  1. 1. Bring five liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
  2. 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into small cubes.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper, cut it open, remove the stem and seeds, and dice it into small pieces.
  5. 5. Remove the core from the lettuce, tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces, wash them, and let them drain.
  6. 6. Wash the turkey meat and pat it dry with paper towels.
  7. 7. Season the meat generously with salt, pepper, and chili.
  8. 8. Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water for about nine minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
  9. 9. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Sauté the onions and garlic for about one minute.
  11. 11. Pour the onion oil into a bowl.
  12. 12. Heat the pan again with some oil over medium temperature.
  13. 13. Sear the turkey steaks in the hot oil for about three minutes until golden brown.
  14. 14. Remove the pan from the heat and let the meat rest covered for about four minutes.
  15. 15. Mix the onion oil with vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  16. 16. Adjust the taste of the dressing as needed.
  17. 17. Dice the turkey meat.
  18. 18. Add the turkey, the salad, and the bell pepper to the dressing.
  19. 19. Drain the pasta in a colander.
  20. 20. Combine the pasta in a bowl with all the ingredients.
