🍝 Spicy Noodle Salad with Turkey and Bell Peppers

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Peppers, yellow 2 pcs.
- Mini romaine 2 pcs.
- Arugula 100 g
- Turkey minute steaks 600 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Chili, ground pinch
- Penne rigate 500 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Bring five liters of salted water to a boil in a large pot.
- 2. Halve the onion, peel it, and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 4. Wash the bell pepper, cut it open, remove the stem and seeds, and dice it into small pieces.
- 5. Remove the core from the lettuce, tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces, wash them, and let them drain.
- 6. Wash the turkey meat and pat it dry with paper towels.
- 7. Season the meat generously with salt, pepper, and chili.
- 8. Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water for about nine minutes until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 9. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 10. Sauté the onions and garlic for about one minute.
- 11. Pour the onion oil into a bowl.
- 12. Heat the pan again with some oil over medium temperature.
- 13. Sear the turkey steaks in the hot oil for about three minutes until golden brown.
- 14. Remove the pan from the heat and let the meat rest covered for about four minutes.
- 15. Mix the onion oil with vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- 16. Adjust the taste of the dressing as needed.
- 17. Dice the turkey meat.
- 18. Add the turkey, the salad, and the bell pepper to the dressing.
- 19. Drain the pasta in a colander.
- 20. Combine the pasta in a bowl with all the ingredients.
- 21. Season the salad finally with salt and pepper.
- 22. Serve the salad on plates and enjoy it.
