🍝 Pasta with Tomato Vegetable Sauce

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Corn from the can 300 g
- Tomatoes, pureed 500 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Penne Rigate 500 g
- Pesto alla Genovese 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Clean the zucchini, trim the ends, and cut into cubes. Put the corn in a sieve and let it drain well.
- 2. In a pot, bring the pureed tomatoes together with 1 liter of water (fill the sauce jar with water three times) to a boil and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Add the pasta and vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. If necessary, add a little more water shortly before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste, divide onto plates, and place 1 teaspoon of pesto on each.
