  2. 2. In a pot, bring the pureed tomatoes together with 1 liter of water (fill the sauce jar with water three times) to a boil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the pasta and vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. If necessary, add a little more water shortly before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste, divide onto plates, and place 1 teaspoon of pesto on each.
