🍝 Pasta with Minced Meat and Pea Sauce

Ingredients
- Salt Pinch
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Garlic cloves 1 pc.
- Fusilli 500 g
- Peas, frozen 250 g
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Beef mince 600 g
- Pepper, black ground Pinch
- Marjoram, dried Pinch
- Whipping cream 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, bring about 4 liters of salted water to a boil. Peel the onion and garlic and dice finely.
- 2. Cook the pasta in the boiling salted water for about 9 minutes al dente. After about 6 minutes, add the peas and cook them together until done. Drain into a colander and reserve about one cup of the cooking water.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and brown the minced meat for about 4 minutes until crumbly. Add the onion and garlic and cook for another approx. 2 minutes. Season generously with salt, pepper, and marjoram, then deglaze with cream. Bring to a boil and add a little cooking water if necessary.
- 4. Add the pasta and peas to the sauce, mix well, and adjust seasoning. Plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
