Ingredients
- Soft dates, dried and pitted 200 g
- Apricots, fresh 150 g
- Oats, fine 50 g
- Hazelnut kernels, chopped and roasted 50 g
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp
- Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl or a food processor, mix all ingredients until a moldable, sticky dough forms. Then, shape small balls and press them slightly flat. Place the cookies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and then enjoy. Happy indulging!
