  1. 1. Melt the butter in a pot or in the microwave.
  2. 2. Crush the butter cookies into fine crumbs.
  3. 3. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter.
  4. 4. Set the cookie mixture aside until you are ready to layer the dessert.
  5. 5. Stir the cream cheese with the powdered sugar.
  6. 6. Add 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract and a pinch of lemon zest.
  7. 7. Stir the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
  8. 8. Add the cream to the cream cheese mixture.
  9. 9. Whip the cream with San-apart until it is stiff.
  10. 10. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a large star tip.
  11. 11. Distribute the cookie base evenly into the glasses.
  12. 12. Press the cookie base down firmly using the bottom of another glass.
  13. 13. Save 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cookie crumbs for decoration.
  14. 14. Pipe the cream evenly over the cookie base.
  15. 15. Place the glasses in the refrigerator until you are ready to proceed.
  16. 16. Puree the strawberries until smooth.
  17. 17. Mix the strawberry puree with the sugar, lemon juice, and 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  18. 18. Bring the strawberry mixture to a boil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  19. 19. Pour the hot mixture into a bowl to let it cool down.
  20. 20. Spread the completely cooled strawberry sauce over the cream.
  21. 21. Decorate the cake with the reserved cookie crumbs.
  22. 22. Garnish the dessert with some grated white chocolate.
