🍰 No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake in a Glass

Ingredients
- butter 60 g
- butter cookies 100 g
- cream cheese, plain 250 g
- powdered sugar 50 g
- vanilla extract 1 tsp
- lemon zest, grated 0.5 tsp
- whipping cream 200 g
- San-apart 4.5 tsp
- strawberries 300 g
- sugar 40 g
- lemon juice 1 tsp
- chocolate, white 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter in a pot or in the microwave.
- 2. Crush the butter cookies into fine crumbs.
- 3. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter.
- 4. Set the cookie mixture aside until you are ready to layer the dessert.
- 5. Stir the cream cheese with the powdered sugar.
- 6. Add 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract and a pinch of lemon zest.
- 7. Stir the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
- 8. Add the cream to the cream cheese mixture.
- 9. Whip the cream with San-apart until it is stiff.
- 10. Fill the cream into a piping bag with a large star tip.
- 11. Distribute the cookie base evenly into the glasses.
- 12. Press the cookie base down firmly using the bottom of another glass.
- 13. Save 1 to 2 tablespoons of the cookie crumbs for decoration.
- 14. Pipe the cream evenly over the cookie base.
- 15. Place the glasses in the refrigerator until you are ready to proceed.
- 16. Puree the strawberries until smooth.
- 17. Mix the strawberry puree with the sugar, lemon juice, and 0.5 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- 18. Bring the strawberry mixture to a boil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 19. Pour the hot mixture into a bowl to let it cool down.
- 20. Spread the completely cooled strawberry sauce over the cream.
- 21. Decorate the cake with the reserved cookie crumbs.
- 22. Garnish the dessert with some grated white chocolate.
