🍰 No-Bake Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- butter 100 g
- brown sugar 100 g
- salt pinch
- milk 160 ml
- chocolate coating, semi-sweet 200 g
- espresso 40 ml
- cocoa powder 60 g
- butter cookies 350 g
- nut-fruit mix 200 g
- tonka bean paste 1 tsp
- whipping cream 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Place a pot on the stove.
- 2. Add the butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt to the pot.
- 3. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 4. Add the milk and continue stirring until everything is well combined.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat briefly to handle it safely.
- 6. Add 100 grams of chocolate coating in small pieces to the warm milk mixture.
- 7. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
- 8. Stir the espresso and cocoa into the chocolate mixture.
- 9. Remove the pot from the heat permanently.
- 10. Take a large bowl.
- 11. Crush the butter cookies in the bowl using a hand blender or a glass until they form fine crumbs.
- 12. Take a small handful of nuts from the nut-fruit mix and set them aside for decoration.
- 13. Chop the remaining nut-fruit mix roughly.
- 14. Add the chocolate mixture to the butter cookie crumbs in the large bowl.
- 15. Add the roughly chopped nuts and fruits.
- 16. Mix everything well until a uniform mass is formed.
- 17. Press the mixture into a springform pan or cake ring.
- 18. Press the mixture firmly so the cake becomes stable.
- 19. Bring the cream to a boil in a small pot.
- 20. Remove the hot cream from the heat.
- 21. Add 100 grams of dark chocolate coating in small pieces to the hot cream.
- 22. Stir until the chocolate has melted in the cream.
- 23. Pour the chocolate glaze evenly over the cake.
- 24. Chop the remaining nuts roughly.
- 25. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the still soft glaze.
- 26. Place the cake, covered, in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- 27. Remove the cake ring from the cake.
- 28. Place the cake on a cake plate.
- 29. Enjoy your cake!
