  1. 1. Place a pot on the stove.
  2. 2. Add the butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt to the pot.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Add the milk and continue stirring until everything is well combined.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat briefly to handle it safely.
  6. 6. Add 100 grams of chocolate coating in small pieces to the warm milk mixture.
  7. 7. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  8. 8. Stir the espresso and cocoa into the chocolate mixture.
  9. 9. Remove the pot from the heat permanently.
  10. 10. Take a large bowl.
  11. 11. Crush the butter cookies in the bowl using a hand blender or a glass until they form fine crumbs.
  12. 12. Take a small handful of nuts from the nut-fruit mix and set them aside for decoration.
  13. 13. Chop the remaining nut-fruit mix roughly.
  14. 14. Add the chocolate mixture to the butter cookie crumbs in the large bowl.
  15. 15. Add the roughly chopped nuts and fruits.
  16. 16. Mix everything well until a uniform mass is formed.
  17. 17. Press the mixture into a springform pan or cake ring.
  18. 18. Press the mixture firmly so the cake becomes stable.
  19. 19. Bring the cream to a boil in a small pot.
  20. 20. Remove the hot cream from the heat.
  21. 21. Add 100 grams of dark chocolate coating in small pieces to the hot cream.
  22. 22. Stir until the chocolate has melted in the cream.
  23. 23. Pour the chocolate glaze evenly over the cake.
  24. 24. Chop the remaining nuts roughly.
  25. 25. Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the still soft glaze.
  26. 26. Place the cake, covered, in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
  27. 27. Remove the cake ring from the cake.
  28. 28. Place the cake on a cake plate.
