🍰 New Year's Porridge

Ingredients
- oat flakes, fine 150 g
- cocoa powder 3 tbsp
- honey 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- milk 800 ml
- berry mix, frozen 500 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- apple juice 50 ml
- powdered sugar 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, heat the oat flakes, cocoa powder, honey, a pinch of salt, and milk. Simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for about 10–15 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, in another pot, bring the berries together with vanilla sugar and juice to a boil over low heat and cook until soft for about 5 minutes.
- 3. Fill four tall glasses with 1 tbsp of berry compote first, followed by 1 tbsp of chocolate porridge, until the glasses are full with a layering of berry compote and chocolate porridge. Dust with a little powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy your meal!
