  1. 1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly. In a pot over medium heat, simmer the raspberries, sugar, and water for about 10 minutes, then strain through a sieve. Let cool.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the pits, and slice them thinly. Halve an orange and squeeze out the juice. Mix the nectarines with the orange juice and vanilla sugar.
  3. 3. In a tall container, whip the cream stiff using a hand mixer and whisk. Distribute the nectarines evenly into glasses, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and spoon the whipped cream over it. Serve the nectarine vanilla ice cream cups with raspberry syrup. Enjoy!
