🍰 Nectarine Vanilla Ice Cream Cup with Raspberry Syrup

Ingredients
- Raspberries, fresh 250 g
- Sugar 100 g
- Water 125 ml
- Nectarine 4 pcs.
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Vanilla Sugar 20 g
- Whipping cream 200 g
- Vanilla ice cream 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the raspberries thoroughly. In a pot over medium heat, simmer the raspberries, sugar, and water for about 10 minutes, then strain through a sieve. Let cool.
- 2. Meanwhile, wash the nectarines, halve them, remove the pits, and slice them thinly. Halve an orange and squeeze out the juice. Mix the nectarines with the orange juice and vanilla sugar.
- 3. In a tall container, whip the cream stiff using a hand mixer and whisk. Distribute the nectarines evenly into glasses, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and spoon the whipped cream over it. Serve the nectarine vanilla ice cream cups with raspberry syrup. Enjoy!
